At the YMCA of Northern Utah, we're here for all. And we mean ALL.
Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our purpose. Each day we strive to be a force for change, growth and empowerment and we purposefully choose to work together to create communities where all may live, grow, and thrive. But we know we can’t do it alone.
In October, we’re taking the first of many steps in opening the door for honest conversation about how our Y can advocate and facilitate change. We invite you to join us as we discuss why change is needed, how to make it equitable for all, and how the YMCA plans to leverage it’s successes and learn from our past.

We’ll hear from change advocates in the community, host a live Q&A with panelists, and offer you the opportunity to get in at the ground level of real, equitable change.
It truly takes a village.
