YMCA MILL HOLLOW CAMPUS

At YMCA Mill Hollow, we're well versed in having visitors on campus! In the past, we have hosted groups like:

LODGING

YMCA Mill Hollow Facilities Include: 8 cabins total of various sizes; 5 cabins sleep 24 people, 3 cabins sleep 28 people (these are split cabins that sleep 14 on each side). Each cabin has electricity, lights, bunk beds, mattresses, screened in windows. Bathrooms and showers are located in the center of the cabin.

AVAILABILITY

YMCA Mill Hollow is available to rent starting in mid August after our summer season is over, through the month of September. Due to its location in the Uinta mountains, YMCA Mill Hollow closes beginning of October.

WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

There really is something truly magical about YMCA Mill Hollow. In conjunction with the National Forest Service, at YMCA Mill Hollow campers have the opportunity to spend time exploring the Uinta National Forest while building relationships with peers and staff, developing good character, and progressing in skill development. Our outdoor education focus makes learning so much more fun!

MEET THE DIRECTOR: CALI GURNICKI

Growing up in Green Bay, WI, Cali Gurnicki has been a YMCA kid her whole life-- from swim lessons, working day care in high school, and a variety of seasonal camp work since 2019 that eventually led her West to Utah. After falling in love with YMCA Mill Hollow as a seasonal staff member in 2022, Cali has enjoyed being the Camp Director since the beginning of 2024. Cali believes that at the heart of camp are the campers, connecting face to face, and finding community. In her spare time, Cali enjoys backpacking, cooking in big batches, and completing puzzles (if her dog, Moose, doesn't eat any of the pieces). She hopes that everyone can learn to live by the famous motto: "If not me, then who? If not now, then when?" When camp is out of session, Cali lives in Salt Lake City.
