Our goal at YMCA Camp Mill Hollow is to give youth a sense of independence as they connect with the natural world. Each activity allows campers to develop a relationship with the Utah environment. Whether they choose to photograph the forest, hike one of our many trails, examine fossils and geology at our fossil bed, or identify constellations in astronomy, campers will develop a sense of awe for the natural world around them. Programming is hands on to allow campers the chance to literally take the experience into their own hands and fully engage with every aspect of camp. Some activity options include:
- HIKING AND BACKPACKING
- OUTDOOR COOKING
- MOUNTAIN BIKING
- SMART PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY
- VARIETY ARTS SUCH AS PAINTING, SCULPTING, ECT.
- WOOD, LEATHER, AND GLASS WORK
- FOSSIL STUDIES
