HEROES Program Rates

We want to say thank you.

In partnership with the Armed Services YMCA, the YMCA of Northern Utah is happy to offer a special rate on summer programs to qualifying military service families.

If at least one parent/guardian is currently an active duty, ready reserve, or selected reserve member of a United States armed service, and is within grades E1-E7, then you qualify for our HEROES program rate.

Recipients will receive any Summer Day Camp for $50 per week, or a week of any Summer Overnight Camp for $150 per week. The HEROES program rate may be used multiple times, but spots are limited and priority will go to first-time families.

Specialty programs at Overnight Camp or extended hours at Day Camp are additional and subject to standard rates.

To Register Online

Click here to find a Summer Day Camp or Overnight Camp near you, and then click the Register button on that page. Register your child and pay the one-time registration fee. Then email ymca@ymcautah.org with your child's name, the camp you wish to apply the HEROES program rate to, and evidence of one parent/guardian's reserve/active duty status and E1-E7 status (such as a military ID). Once qualification criteria have been met, we will apply the HEROES program rate and you can complete your payments.

About the Armed Services YMCA

The Armed Services YMCA strengthens our military family by providing programs and services to the young men and women of all five armed services: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. The YMCA of Northern Utah requests that military families and HEROES recipients enroll as a member of the Armed Services YMCA. Membership in the Armed Services YMCA enables active duty service members and their families to enroll in programs and services designed to enhance the lives of military members and their families in spirit, mind and body through programs relevant to the unique challenges of military life. Membership is free of charge and is open to Military, DoD and civilian families.
